On June 6, 2022, the commencement ceremony of phase II project of Bengbu factory of DaChan was solemnly held in Bengbu DaChan Food Co., Ltd. Mr. Tommy Tu, the senior general manager of DFA Professional Food Service(PFS) business group, Mr. Guifeng Chen, the general manager of DFA PFS business group and the general director of the project, Mr. Zhicheng Wang, the special consultant of the project, and Mr. Yuling Cui, the vice president of The Fourth Construction Co., Ltd. of China Electronics System Engineering, the project contractor, attended the commencement ceremony and witnessed this important moment!

As a leading enterprise in the chicken, processed food and feed industries in the Chinese market, DaChan has a total investment of more than 600million yuan, covering an area of about 5.72 hectares and a total construction area of about 47,000 square meters. The project construction is in cooperation with The Fourth Construction Co., Ltd. of China Electronics System Engineering. It is planned to be completed in June 2023, which will achieve an annual output of 46,000 tons of value-added food and have a three-dimensional storage capacity of 8,000 tons of products in different temperature zones. The project are comprehensively planed from food safety, production safety, energy conservation and emission reduction, green production and other aspects, and is committed to building a modern food factory integrating production automation, process diversification, digital management, retail packaging specifications, and intelligent storage.

With the dynamic development of the catering take-out industry and the family consumption demand triggered by the epidemic, the prefabricated dishes have been extended from b-end restaurants to C-end consumers, and have become one of the fastest growing sub industries in the food processing industry in recent years. It is estimated that the scale will exceed 400billion yuan by 2026, which can be said to be the blue ocean track of the food industry.

Mr. Guifeng Chen, the general manager of DFA PFS business group and general director of the project, announced the official launch of the project.

DaChan has the advantage of "one-stop" industrial chain resources integrating R & D, production and supply chain. Its PFS business group has been committed to providing greater menu solutions for catering customers. Since the launch of the first package of salt crispy chicken in China in 2001, DaChan has continuously developed various deep-processing foods to meet the needs of the market and customers. The prefabricated dishes listed in recent years, such as pot fried meat and Kung Fu meat balls, have been recognized by the customers. This year, DaChan will continue to strengthen the research and development of new products, plan to launch several prefabricated dishes, such as ginger stewed pork, Japanese fat beef, Hangzhou marinated duck legs, tiger skin chicken feet, crispy chicken knee cartilage, and cooperate with dealers to provide more customers with more high-quality and convenient prefabricated dishes.

In addition, with the accelerated development from baked goods to dinner, the baking industry has a strong demand for high-grade baked meat products. DaChan Food has been involved in the application and promotion of baked meat products for over 10 years, and has established a nationwide baking technical service team.
